Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival with HRST
Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Full Moon Festival or Reunion Festival, is one of China’s important traditional festivals with a history of thousands of years. The iconic symbol of Mid-Autumn Festival is the full moon, which represents reunion and harmony. Therefore, no matter where they are, families will reunite on this day to appreciate the moon and eat moon cakes to express their hope for family reunion.
In addition, Mid-Autumn Festival also contains profound cultural traditions. According to legend, the story of Chang’e flying to the moon is widely circulated, symbolizing people’s yearning for a better life. On this day, relatives and friends will not only appreciate the moon together, but also express their wishes and blessings for a happy life through traditional activities such as eating moon cakes, guessing lantern riddles, and holding “bobing”. Therefore, Mid-Autumn Festival is not only a day for family reunion, but also a symbol of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
As an international company, we also want to take this opportunity to introduce you to this festival with rich cultural connotations. In order to celebrate this traditional festival, HRST specially organized a unique team building activity. Through interesting games and fun activities such as Bo Bing, our colleagues not only relaxed their mood, but also deepened their mutual understanding. It also allowed everyone to better feel the charm of traditional Chinese culture.
Unite hearts and minds to create good results
Everyone gathered at the camping site for this team-building activity, and the participants included all colleagues in the business department. The event was full of laughter and joy, everyone actively participated, and everyone’s face was filled with excitement and expectation.
The game session was designed to be both relaxed and competitive, allowing colleagues to better understand each other through teamwork and interaction. Whether it was an intense intellectual game or a relaxed physical competition, everyone went all out, and the atmosphere on the scene was warm and full of friendship. Through these interactive games, everyone showed excellent team spirit and cooperated tacitly with each other, fully reflecting the cooperative culture that HRST has always advocated.
After the game session, the most anticipated event was the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival Bo Bing event. Everyone sat together, holding the dice in their hands, throwing them one by one, and each round of Bo Bing was full of surprises and laughter. As the dice rolled, everyone held their breath and looked forward to the arrival of the god of luck. Several colleagues won the first prize in a row, which triggered cheers and applause from the audience, and the atmosphere of the whole mooncake-making activity reached a climax.
Mooncake-making is not only a traditional activity of our Mid-Autumn Festival team building, but also a good opportunity for colleagues to communicate with each other and enhance their feelings. Watching everyone celebrating each other’s “good luck” in laughter, we felt the warmth of the HRST family.
Inheriting traditions and gathering strength
We specially added fun sessions of guessing lantern riddles, making mooncakes and barbecue to add more traditional cultural experience and delicious fun to the event. The lantern riddle guessing session was full of challenges and collisions of wisdom. Everyone racked their brains and competed to solve the riddles, and there was constant laughter on the scene. The mooncake-making session allowed us to experience the traditional food culture of the Mid-Autumn Festival with our own hands. Everyone kneaded the dough and stuffed the stuffing together, made a variety of mooncakes by hand, shared each other’s achievements, and felt the fun and sense of achievement of cooperation.
In the evening barbecue session, everyone sat together, divided the work and cooperated, enjoyed the food baked by themselves, and spent a warm and pleasant night in the aroma of charcoal fire. These activities not only enhanced the communication among colleagues, but also allowed us to spend an unforgettable Mid-Autumn Festival in a relaxed and happy atmosphere.
